What an inspiring and invigorating morning spent with a group of 50 visitors who attended our International Women's Day Breakfast! MaryAnn Bin-Sallik shared her story of a life of determination and energy. She learned from her mother to be ‘feisty’ and to determine her own future.
A lovely breakfast was provided by Ken from Catercare, and the company of many from the community, NT Government and Kormilda College Board made for a wonderful event.
Thank you to Dr Helen Spiers for her inspiring introduction about International Women’s Day and to the many staff who were present and helped.
It was a great start to the day.
